Guidelines for filling the Online Form
- Please keep the Application Number and Code confidential. It may be misused by others.
- If you are applying for both streams (Engineering and medicine), you should apply separately. Mention the other application number and Application Code for allocation of same test centre for both examinations .
- If the date of birth is not within the range, please submit by post or in person.
- Fill the Application Form before scanning it. You should upload the area containing your photograph, signature and address bounded by the four black square reference marks.
- Scan the marked portion of the application (Bottom part) and save it as a JPG file. You must give this file name while uploading data.
- In case Javascript is disabled in your browser (not likely), you will get an error message. In such a case enable javascript before continueing further.
- Fill all the details of the form, whichever is applicable, and click Submit. The server will send you back the details you submitted along with the scanned image (resized to fit in the window).
- Verify that the information presented is correct and then click OK. Once you click OK, you will be given a registration number and there is no way you can change the data later.
- Keep a printed copy of the registration details for future reference.
- Please bring the filled Original Application Form to the examination and submit it to the invigilator.
- You may also submit the filled form (Optional) at the Regional Collection Centres even if you submit it online. In case you submit the application in bothways, the physical application will supersede the online version
- In case you see old data (particularly image), clear the browser cache and you will get the correct data.
